Updated October 14, 2026
Wingreen LLC, based in Vermont, uses information to respond to requests, arrange and provide service, maintain client records, secure the website and improve the experience of working with Wingreen. This policy explains those uses and your choices.
Requests and client service
We receive the contact, property, scheduling, radon testing and other information you submit, along with documents you choose to upload. When you select Submit & Continue at the contact step, you submit your contact details and communication choices even if you do not finish the remaining questions. Submitting a request starts a conversation; testing or other work is arranged with you separately. Completed requests include the answers and files you submit. The client portal also stores account activity and comments you add to your requests. Files may be uploaded temporarily while you complete the form.
The required request-contact agreement covers calls, texts or emails about your request using the details you provide. This can include a one-time message offering help with an unfinished request. The optional mailing-list choice is separate: email news and offers are expected to be exceptionally infrequent. Declining that option does not prevent a request. Each marketing email will provide a way to unsubscribe. You can also contact Wingreen to change your communication preferences.
Form improvement
Wingreen measures both finished and unfinished forms to understand which questions work well and where improvements may help. Measurements include questions viewed and the path through them, time spent, option hover duration, revisits and changes, validation and upload events, and basic device, browser and screen information. We count whether text fields were filled, edited, pasted into or autofilled without storing their typed or deleted contents in the form analytics. After contact submission and agreement, measurements can include current multiple-choice answers and the optional numeric radon result. Contact-submitted measurements are linked to the request. Before that step, a random in-progress form reference groups measurements without saving name, contact details or text-field contents in the analytics record. Automation indicators are estimates, not verified conclusions about a person.
Form measurements are organised by form version and include aggregate completion and friction reports. We no longer collect raw mouse paths or typed/deleted text histories in the form tracker. Earlier records may still contain information collected under the previous implementation; historical data is retained with restricted access.
Website and QR analytics
Our internal website analytics measure page views, time, scrolling, clicks, referring sources, support searches and technical errors. Sign-in and support activity can include account or contact identifiers. A random browser identifier (the wg_vid cookie, listed below) helps recognise return visits and records browser, operating system, screen, language, time-zone and related device information. A signed-in account may also identify activity. Browser identifiers describe browsers, not a perfect count of individual people.
QR analytics record which printed code brought a visit, when it was opened and related website actions. A changing daily identifier derived from request information helps estimate repeat scans; the analytics record does not retain the raw IP address for this purpose. A code's source location describes where the printed material was placed, not a live GPS reading. Web servers and security systems may separately process IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the service.
Cookies
Wingreen uses only its own (first-party) cookies and browser storage. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies.
- wg_vid (cookie, 13 months): a random browser identifier that recognises return visits for Wingreen’s own website statistics. It is not set when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
- wg_recent_request (cookie, until the browser closes): recognises a request you just sent, so you can add a clarification instead of starting over.
- wordpress_logged_in_…, wordpress_sec_… and wordpress_test_cookie (cookies, while signed in): keep you signed in to your client portal.
- wg-theme (browser storage): remembers light or dark mode.
- wgs_sid, wgs_env (tab storage, cleared when the tab closes): group the pages viewed in one visit.
- Request form progress (tab storage, cleared when the tab closes): keeps your answers if the page reloads while you fill out the request form.
You can delete these at any time in your browser settings; the website still works, and signing in sets the sign-in cookies again.
Use and service providers
Wingreen uses these records internally for service, website improvement and security. We do not sell this information or share it with other businesses for their advertising. Providers may process information needed to host or operate the website, load fonts and software, deliver messages, handle an authorised payment or verify a property address. An address check uses the U.S. Census address service. Google Search Console supplies search-performance information; it does not add Google Analytics tracking to this website. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and the security of the service.
Retention and access
Wingreen currently keeps form-version history, internal analytics and client records without an automatic expiration schedule, including when records are exported to secure offline storage. Moving a record offline does not delete it. Access is restricted to authorised use. You may contact us about access, correction, deletion or communication preferences; we will consider your request and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. No checkbox removes rights provided by applicable law.
Children, external links and updates
This service is intended for adults arranging property services. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. Other websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices. We will update this policy when our practices change and identify the updated date.
